Within the Address Book tool in the Studio management portal, select the address book you wish to add contacts to, and download the CSV template.

Fill in the document with the contact information to import, save, and upload the CSV to the desired address book!

When you make a call from a toll-free
number, it could potentially be blocked!

Blocked Toll-Free Numbers
|
|
In order to reduce the number of unsolicited calls, some phone operators block calls from a toll-free number attempting to reach another toll-free number.
|
|
|
A good practice is thus to avoid using a toll-free Caller ID to make certain calls.
|
|
For example, request a star code to dial before entering the number you want to reach in order to display a local area code, such as "514" instead of "1-800".
|
|
|
If it often happens that a number you are trying to reach doesn't accept a call from your number, contact our technical support to rectify the situation:
