Voicemail  FAQ

To retrieve your voicemail messages remotely, you must call your business’ main number and dial 8500 during the phone greeting. You must then dial the number of your extension as well as your password.
If you do not have a phone greeting, please contact our technical support department at 1.877.315.1920.

To record a temporary voicemail greeting, you must access your voicemail by dialling 8500. Press 0 to access the voicemail box options. Dial 4 and then 1 to record your temporary voicemail greeting.
