043 — Guide for configuring your Polycom to use headsets

To configure your Polycom in order to use headsets, please follow the instructions below.

For Polycom Sound Point

Press the Menu button on the unit.
Select option 3 Settings… then 1 Basic… after that 1 Preferences… and finally 4 Headset…
Go to option 1 Headset Memory… select Enabled and go back to the previous menu.
Go to option 2 Hookswitch Mode… select the brand of your headsets and go back to the
previous menu.
Go to option 3 Echo Cancellation… select Disabled and go back to the home screen.

Press the Menu button.
Go to the Settings menu (with a gear icon).
Select option 3 Settings… then 1 Basic… after that 1 Preferences… and finally 4 Headset…
Go to option 1 Headset Memory… select Enabled and go back to the previous menu.
Go to option 2 Hookswitch Mode… select the brand of your headsets and go back to the previous menu.
Go to option 3 Echo Cancellation… select Disabled and go back to the home screen.
