How to save a recording
You can download or listen to the recordings on Studio, our online interface. To know how, you must refer to the documentation 022 — Guide for managing your call recordings, section 3: Listen and download the recordings.
How long are the recordings stored?
By default, call recordings are saved for 7 days. If you wish to extend this archiving period, please contact our inside sales service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
